N.B. The bus only stops on request at the “Festung” stop between Aicha and Franzensfeste!

The cycle route from the Brenner Pass to Bozen, approximately 100 km long, leads past Franzensfeste fortress. The distance from Franzensfeste to the Brenner Pass is 49.35 kilometres; from Franzensfeste to Bolzano it is 52.35 kilometres.

From Franzensfeste railway station follow the cycle path in the direction of Brixen: it is about 20 minutes to Franzensfeste fortress.
