The “General Franz von Scholl”
This events hall consists of three spaces with barrel vaults connected by two round arches. This architectural feature offers organisers countless possibilities for its use: it is an ideal venue for conferences, lectures, receptions, theatrical performances and private parties.
The “Engineer Carl Martony”
The former powder magazine consists of a central room with a round vault flanked by six lateral niches. The round arches are made of red bricks and, together with the wooden floor, create a pleasant atmosphere for parties, meetings, smaller conferences or theatre and concert performances.
The Inner Courtyard
The inner courtyard in the Lower Fortress, located just after the entrance, adjoins the bistro garden and the neo-Gothic chapel at the foot of the Middle Fortress. It is ideal for major musical events, theatrical performances and social events of all kinds.
The Middle Fortress
The Middle Fortress is connected to the Lower Fortress area by a staircase and a lift. The dominant element in this part of the complex is vegetation, which not only covers the courtyards but also adorns the roofs. The Middle Fortress can be used to stage larger festivals, exhibitions or concerts. The interiors (also suitable as exhibition pavilions) and outdoor areas can be used in tandem.
at the BBT Infopoint
Two event halls can be rented at the BBT Infopoint. The "Karel van Miert" congress hall with 192 sqm of space and room for up to 150 participants and the presentation hall with 69 sqm up to 60 seats. They are each equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are also suitable for multilingual meetings and press conferences.
